Good product. Poor service

Product is good.My issue is with the Amazon delivery people. They found all the reasons to not deliver the product on first floor, ultimately they did with lot of tantrums.I had already paid for open box delivery for the refrigerator, still charged me again in cash for it saying it was not included. Not great service by them so please be aware of this.

Refrigerator not working properly

I purchased this refrigerator in April, and unfortunately, it has not been working properly since the very first day. The refrigerator is over-cooling, due to which the food and other items are getting excessively cold, wet, and eventually getting spoiled.I have already contacted customer care several times and service personnel have visited, but the issue has still not been resolved. Despite repeated complaints, I am facing the same problem continuously.This is extremely disappointing, especially since the refrigerator is relatively new. I request you to resolve the issue permanently at the earliest or provide a replacement if the problem cannot be fixed.Please treat this as an urgent complaint and provide a proper resolution.

Value for money

Its a decent product and cooling is working as expected. The only thing is its backdoor unit is uncovered which I didn't liked it. Its value for money. Would recommend for others to purchase.
