Good product, bad design for ice tray mechanism.

Serves the purpose and good product. Ice tray is not practical at all and very difficult to put water filled tray back in freezer. This is the only issue I faced till now.

Absolute waste of money — Worst service ever!

Broke down 3 times within a year with the exact same error (C-81). Spent nearly ₹10,000 on useless PCB replacements and their technicians still have no clue how to fix it. The fridge is completely dead and Samsung customer care only makes false promises. Regret buying this, avoid at all costs!
