The smart features work fine, but sometimes there’s a slight lag while switching between apps. Good product

Good product as per the description, but there is delay/ lag in response to the key/voice command. This could be due to the Tizen OS. The Picture, sound are good. The Samsung installation engineer is very professional and he provided the static wall-mount stand without any additional charges.

Unfortunately, the TV delivered appeared to have been previously used and repackaged as new.Thankfully, the Samsung installation technician identified the issue during installation and confirmed that the unit showed signs of prior usage. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a product sold as new.What is even more concerning is that the technician mentioned that a similar issue had reportedly occurred with another customer as well.I would strongly advise buyers to be cautious when purchasing from DAWNTECH ELECTRONICS PRIVATE LIMITED. My experience has been frustrating, and I expected much better quality control and transparency.

Great TV overall, but clarity falls a bit short for 1080p

This 43-inch Samsung Full HD Smart TV offers solid reliability and great overall performance, but it comes with a noticeable trade-off when it comes to visual sharpness. The Tizen operating system is snappy and user-friendly, providing easy access to all major streaming apps. The color tuning (thanks to Samsung's PurColor tech) looks vibrant and natural right out of the box, and the built-in speakers deliver surprisingly clear audio for daily viewing.However, at 43 inches, Full HD (1920 \times 1080) resolution stretches pixel density to its limit. Compared to other 1080p panels on the market—or modern 4K sets in a similar size—the picture can look slightly soft, especially when sitting close or viewing detailed text and fine background textures. Fine lines and small details lack the crisp pop you might expect. If you sit at a reasonable distance (6 to 8 feet away) and mostly watch standard broadcast TV or HD streaming, it performs very well. But if you prioritize pin-sharp clarity and fine detail, you might notice the limitation.
