After 2 months of experience I gives my honest review about tvThese is Qled tv which is its quality is better any oled tv . 4k or hd content gets in natural color quality and not heating issue after play for all the day and night at outer temperature is more than 45°C at all the May monthBuild quality is good made from thick plastic. Color quality is best gives natural color and not disappoint. Three hdmi ports gives better view as well as sound experience through soundbar . sound good gives clear vocal and dialog through any channel. Brightness is very good optimized as day and night needs to viewer's experience. No any heating issues after all day tv on in hd content. Installation done by the Samsung service centre expert in under 48 hours. Responsiveness is smooth and clean as flagship gives extremely good experience by TIZEN OS SYSTEM remote is gives multiple buttons which use in daily and also the some ott options. Ott apps are mostly present under preinstalled and mobile or tablet and also laptop can be view through mirror screen and not disappoint is quality

Good budget 65' qled TV

I am writing this review after 10 days of using this 65' samsung vision AI TV.It overall a good option if you are looking for a reliable 65' inch qled TV with good after sale service.Pros: Decent picture quality ( not as good as sony or LG but good for the price range) , Good surround sound, good peak brightness, very less bezels and a good smart things app to control TV from mobile.Cons: Samsung tv uses Tyzen OS please don't confuse it with it android os. This doesn't not support side loading of apps...only dedicated apps can be downloaded which are present in Samsung app store, Remote is worst (personal choice) but no dedicated key for sound search in remote, over saturation of video- looks like it tries to correct each frame of the video using some techniques which sometimes results in total blurry images For example: Sometimes cricket ball will be seen as a moving trail of many balls which watching cricket match. This is something I can't explain in words or may be I'll get use to it.

Defective TV, Repeated Panel Failure & Worst Samsung Service Experience

I purchased this Samsung TV with high expectations, but my experience has been extremely frustrating from the beginning.Within just ONE MONTH of purchase, the TV developed a major panel issue. A technician visited and replaced the panel. I believed the issue was fixed, but after only 2–3 months, the EXACT SAME ISSUE happened again.Since then, I have been continuously raising complaints, following up with customer support, and wasting my valuable time. Instead of giving a permanent solution, Samsung keeps closing my complaints without resolution.I raised another complaint on April 5, and even till now there is NO proper resolution. Multiple technicians visited, checked the TV, and repeated the same temporary response. Whenever I ask for a replacement for this defective product, Samsung refuses to provide it.This is not just poor customer service — this is complete negligence towards customers after selling a defective product.I faced:- Repeated panel failures- Endless complaint follow-ups- Complaints closed without consent- Delays for months- Mental stress and frustration- No permanent solution even after repeated repairsI never expected this kind of horrible experience from a brand like Samsung. This has been one of the worst electronic purchases I have ever made.Strongly NOT recommended. Buyers should think twice before purchasing this TV or trusting Samsung after-sales service.
