Nice and does the job perfectly not less noise as claims

The Washing machine works fine and does it's job well but no less noisey as it claims. The water inlet leaks though fully tighten the screws as mentioned. Looks are so good. Worth the price.

Worst after sales service

After almost a year of continuously following up with the LG team I’m sharing this review. It is one of the worst product and after sales service team have no clue what to do if their is a problem. LG team had visited my home multiple times to check the product and they couldn’t fix it. The problem is that waste water still remains in the drum after wash cycle is complete. Over half a year of follow-ups couldn’t fix it. One funny thing is that they close the complaint by mentioning it as customer mistake without even informing the customer. I don’t know what else to expect.
