It doesn't clean tough stains. Otherwise performance is good. Looks good too. No noise issues. No vibration. Easy to use. Dont know about durability as I bought last week . Weight is bit heavy.

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and Samsung's after-sales service.The washing machine is brand new, but it stopped working almost immediately. Samsung's engineer has already replaced both the PCB and the motor, yet the machine is still not working. Instead of resolving the issue, I have been made to wait for over two weeks, and now they are asking me to wait another week.This is completely unacceptable for a new product. I paid for a new washing machine, not one that needs major repairs right after purchase.The entire experience has been frustrating and time-consuming. Samsung should either replace the defective machine with a new one or provide a full refund instead of repeatedly delaying the resolution.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or Samsung's customer service.
