Good quality

Working smooth and fine. Vibration and sound is very less.

Poor performance

Poor rotation speed, poor cloths cleaning quality, steam option usless, poor detergent utilisation. Drying quality not good as compared to similar machine of other company.

Unsatisfied installation

Bought this washing machine last month and its really good But the installation technician didn’t provide free filter along with this i raised a complaint through customer care but no response from either side

Extremely satisfied with the purchase

The washing machine is extremely convenient, easy to use, load and cleans extremely well. The Monsoon setting is blessing, reducing the time for drying clothes to a fraction of the originally required time.The installation was convenient, the deputed engineer was extremely well-versed with the machine during the demo and explained things well. The free filter, which was supposed to be installed for free was not available at the time of installation, but they ensured to revisit and install it as advertised within 2 days from the initial installation without any communication from my end.

Don't waste your hard-earned money on this product

This product has some serious issues with washing quality, and I understand how frustrating it can be when your clothes don't come out clean. Even though they claim advanced technology, the machine doesn't seem to perform as expected, and it takes much longer to wash clothes than my previous machine. Unfortunately, this has been disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this product if you're looking for reliable results. Please consider this before making your purchase, and I hope you find a better solution that meets your needs.
