⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent AC, But Panasonic Should Improve Installation Quality. Purchased on 12 Jun 2026. 1.5 Ton 5 Star 2026 Model.The AC itself is excellent. Cooling is outstanding, and in my 11.5 × 12 ft room, it makes the room comfortably chilled within 5 minutes even at 27–28°C. The AC is quiet, looks premium, and is definitely worth buying. AC has veritical and horizontal swing for air flow. Veritical swing has multiple modes to set the flow at a fixed angle. It has convert i8 feature by which you can use the power of compressor as per your need and can set it to 20%, 30% upto 110%. It's has a butten called powerful mode which is similar to Auto mode in other AC. This button makes compressor to run on 100% capacity to give cool air instantly.However, please pay attention during installation. In my case, the installation technician did not connect the temperature sensor wire, due to which the AC showed the H23 error and cooling was not working properly. Even after seeing the error code, the technician could not identify the issue. After I raised a service request, another technician fixed it in just 2 minutes by connecting the sensor wire correctly.Panasonic should ensure that only properly trained and certified technicians handle installations and service requests, because the product is excellent but poor installation can spoil the customer's experience and degrade the customer trust in company.Review in Hindi:AC ki cooling bahut zabardast hai. Mere 11.5 × 12 ft ke room ko 27–28°C par bhi sirf 5 minute me achhi tarah thanda kar deta hai. Product premium hai aur performance excellent hai.Lekin installation ke time dhyan zarur rakhein. Mere installation technician ne temperature sensor ki wire connect hi nahi ki thi, jiski wajah se H23 error aa raha tha aur cooling sahi nahi ho rahi thi. Error code dekhne ke baad bhi technician problem samajh nahi paya. Complaint ke baad dusre technician ne sirf 2 minute me wire connect karke problem solve kar di.Panasonic ko installation ke liye sirf properly trained aur certified technicians hi rakhne chaiye, kyunki itna achha product galat installation ki wajah se badnaam ho sakta hai.Overall: Product 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | Installation experience 2/5.

One of the best windows acs I have ever bought it chills even at 28 degrees setting ,I was tired of split acs a there were leakage and gas problems every time , so I decided to buy windows Ac to get rid of my split Ac and it seems that I have made no mistake - thanks

Perfect AC with too many LEDs

Very silent and effective window AC, only thing that irritate is too many LEDs lighting up whole room at night time disturbing sleep, otherwise perfect window AC.

Timely delivery and installation and Very good performance of the AC.

AC was delivery on time, and the installation was done on the same day, had no issues with installation.So far the AC has been working fine, happy with the cooling and noise levels. One of the few 2026 models with the new 5 star energy rates, hence the prices are higher, but worth spending little extra to conserve energy. Panasonic also offers option of extended warranty at additional cost, for 1 to 4 years. it might be worth taking it for piece of mind.
