The product was delivered a day prior to the delivery date. Delivered carefully. The service request for installation was placed by the Amazon promptly within a day. The Voltas installation guys called promptly thereafter. The Installation was made by taking the old windows A/c for a fair price. The installation was excellent and the product works exceptionally. Everything is good so far. I rate the product as Excellent and service in 5 stars.

Remote not available.no body bothered to help.amazon customer care asked to connect voltas.when asked voltas they asked to connect dealer.when called dealer they asked to connect service centre.when connected service centre they said I can provide but it will be chargeable..option gave to return the product.. understand the returning cost plus I have paid for installation.who will bear all this because of 1 remote
