Excellent Cooling and Features, but Read the Installation Details Carefully

I purchased this AC in February and have been using it throughout the summer. My room is approximately 14 ft × 11 ft, and the cooling performance has been excellent.One of my favorite features is the convertible mode. I use the AC mostly at 40% compressor capacity, which helps reduce power consumption while still keeping the room comfortably cool. Even at temperature settings of 27°C to 28°C, the room remains pleasantly chilled. No leakage, Remote signal is pristine, No missing parts and the durbability looks good as well.I also use this AC while gaming on a desktop PC. During extremely demanding games and with outdoor temperatures reaching around 45°C, the room remains comfortable and my system temperatures stay well under control. The difference compared to not having air conditioning is significant.The AC itself has been quiet, effective, and reliable. Cooling is fast, and the smart features are genuinely useful rather than feeling like marketing gimmicks.I would, however, like to mention a few things for future buyers:1. If purchasing through EMI, carefully review the pricing details. In my case, I initially overlooked the GST component and learned that it may not be included in the EMI amount displayed during checkout.2. LG requires installation through their authorized service personnel to maintain warranty coverage. The installation itself was handled professionally in my experience, with no visible damage or careless workmanship.3. Standard installation does not necessarily include mounting hardware for the outdoor unit. If you need a wall stand, expect additional charges for both the stand and its installation. Buyers should factor this into the overall cost before purchasing.My installation went smoothly because I already had the required mounting arrangements in place, but it is worth knowing about these potential extra expenses beforehand.Overall, I have been very satisfied with this purchase. The cooling performance, power saving features, and installation experience met my expectations, and I would happily recommend it.5 out of 5 stars.

Good product . Electricity with 3 star need to be observed.

Online purchase is always a risk. It took 5 days to get this installed and then no cooling effect with a 1.5 ton ac. What next no clue. Even with brand name LG this is not up to the stds After a week of usage, it's cooling effect is seems to be 1 ton only . Not as 1.5 ton effect.

Excellent AC for mid-sized room

The product is good overall, cooling and noise level is excellent. This is the lowest noise level AC (~26 db) you can find in 1.5T range comparing with other brands. The AC is compact too which I liked but doesn't affect the cooling even though Indoor unit is small in size compared to my old Samsung AC. Some of the Modes like AI, Viraat mode are gimmicky as I felt those are just for marketing the new 2023 line up and most people generally use the AC in normal mode running the AC in 20 to 24 degrees as per the requirement, so these modes might not be very useful. Also for anyone comparing this with the 5 star model, this model does not have 4-way swing or Wi-Fi as those are the only extra features provided in the 5 star Wi-Fi variant so if you need them you can go for 5 star model but in general and in my use case, 3 star is more than enough as this AC has ISEER value of 4.0 which is higher than other ACs that has 3 star rating and as I only use the AC during summers and very occasionally in other seasons.I was skeptical ordering from Amazon after reading some of the negative comments on the Seller's profile (Dawntech) but the product was delivered timely here in Hyderabad and had no issues with the seller. LG Installation was superb as well, it was installed on the same day with LG professionals who installed it within 35 mins, kudos to them. Overall, this is a good AC and although it is slightly priced higher compared to other brands in the same category of 1.5T - 3 star, but you get a good product and LG's reputed after sales service.

Amazon: The Purchase and Exchange process was very well coordinated by Amazon. The staff was polite and did their job /pickup/ delivery with courtesy and Effeciency.LG: Installation cost is Rs. 1415/- with taxes. The Lg team coordination was superb. The contacted me and attended the installation with punctuality. It took about 30-40 mine for the installation. The staff did not try to upsell. They were honest and did a fabulous job and checked with me for each step of the installation. The LG team contacted me immediately after the installation to check it I did not pay anything extra for the installation.AC:I purchased this Ac as I live near the sea so the ocean black coating is very helpful. My previous AC which was not coated used to get corroded. My other LG AC is working perfectly after 5 years.This AC cools at 28 degrees also and at 40 percent capacity. I am impressed. The AC is simple and elegant. LG should consider ACs with some sober colours like grey as given the dust and pollution in Mumbai a white product will not remain white.The rest of the functions are working fine too.
