The air throw is extremely powerful and easily reaches every corner of the room.One of the standout features is how silent the AC is during normal operation. It’s barely noticeable, making it perfect for sleeping or working. In Powerful Mode, the unit does become slightly audible, but it’s not loud or disturbing — completely acceptable considering the boost in cooling performance.The build quality feels premium and robust. The unit looks durable and well-engineered, and the 4-way swing ensures uniform airflow throughout the room.Another important observation — this AC uses a thicker suction pipe compared to standard 1.5 Ton ACs, which is expected for higher capacity units. In my case, the installation team had to arrange additional compatible piping from the service centre, which shows Panasonic follows proper specifications.The Dust Buster feature is a really smart addition — the outdoor unit fan periodically rotates in reverse to blow away dust accumulation from the condenser. This is especially useful in Indian conditions and helps maintain cooling efficiency and performance over time.A special mention for the installation team — they did an excellent and very neat job. The piping was handled professionally, and they even sealed the outdoor wall hole properly using white cement, which reflects great attention to detail.One thing to be aware of: the wrapping tape and drain pipe provided during installation are priced quite high compared to the market. The wrapping tape, which costs around ₹60 in the market, is typically charged around ₹200–₹250 by the installation team. Similarly, the drain pipe is also priced higher than usual. That said, the wrapping is essential for protecting the piping from weather and damage, so it’s not something you should skip.Tip for buyers: offering water or a small tip to the installation team really helps — they tend to put in extra effort and ensure a clean, high-quality installation.Overall, this AC delivers excellent performance, strong build quality, and great features. Highly recommended!

I purchased a Panasonic 2-ton air conditioner from Amazon through its mobile application. During installation, the authorized Panasonic technician inspected the unit and found that the outdoor unit had no refrigerant gas, making the AC defective and unfit for installation. The technician advised me to get the product replaced. I reported the issue to Amazon customer support on 27 June and have been following up regularly since then. Despite multiple calls and repeated assurances, my replacement request has not been resolved. A return/replacement was scheduled but was automatically cancelled, and the same issue has been recurring for the last three days. Today alone, I contacted Amazon customer support three times. Although a new request was initiated, I have not received any concrete resolution. The customer support executives continue to provide vague timelines such as "today" or "tomorrow," without explaining the complete process or providing accurate updates. This prolonged delay has caused significant inconvenience, and I request immediate intervention to ensure replacement of the defective product and appropriate action against the service deficiency.

Good 2 ton smart AC

I bought this Panasonic AC 2026 model, I am also using a 2022 model as well. I bought it four years ago. Given that I thought to purchasing a new model from the same company. 26 model and I love their application and installation team is good overall it’s a good buy for ₹50,000.

Only thing if you buy extended warranty from Amazon booking preventive maintenance service or warranty period maintenance is not user friendly . Panasonic customer care makes your life tideous
