Received the AC on the same day of order, as promised. Installation was quick too, was completed within 72 hours.Voltas' quality and cooling are unquestionable. Now I just hope their after-sales service is just as good.

Pathetic resolution by Amazon and defective product by Voltas.

The horizontal swing doesn’t work and the cooling is poor. But what is more pathetic is the service from Voltas and Amazon. It’s been 10 days since we have been raising the issue for a repair or replacement. Amazon said a repair team will come to assess within 2 days. The 2 days haven’t come yet. I will be approaching consumer court for customer cheating and fraud.
