Pathetic Service – Endless Delays and Absolute Lack of Accountability

Given 1 star as there is No Zero star option.I am extremely frustrated with the service provided by Voltas. I paid a premium of INR4,600 For installation, expecting professional and timely assistance, but the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.Despite multiple follow-ups, the installation has been constantly delayed. Every time I contact customer care, I am met with vague promises and further delays. This entire process has been incredibly stressful and has caused me a great deal of unnecessary anxiety.It is clear that Voltas has zero regard for their customers' time or peace of mind once the payment is collected. The customer care is incompetent and unable to provide any concrete solutions.**I would not recommend Voltas to anyone.** Save yourself the headache and go with a brand that actually values its customers. Highly disappointed. Also Amazon service is pathetic and No accountability.
