Excellent Cooling, Quiet Performance & Worth the Price

I recently purchased this Panasonic 1.5 Ton inverter AC and overall I am very satisfied with the product.Cooling performance is excellent. The room cools quickly and maintains a comfortable temperature even during very hot days. The Converti mode is really useful for adjusting power consumption based on need.The AC runs quietly and the airflow is strong. Build quality feels solid, and the design is neat and modern. WiFi connectivity is an added advantage and works well.The product performance meets expectations. Power consumption also seems reasonable with proper settings.Overall, it’s a good purchase and worth the price. I would recommend this AC to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient option.

Panasonic authorised Installation Centre Sh Shyamji Enterprises Delhi area for installation request

I give 1 star because of frustration, scamming & demeaning behaviour of panasonic authorised installation M/s Sh Shyam Enterprises, New Delhi area. I got delivery on 30 Apr 2026. Then, a 1st call at 1130 hrs on the same day came from Sh Shyam Ji enterprises to check the whatsapp msg fwd by panasonic, which mentioned the re-schedulment of the installation on 03 May 2026 and it also mentioned that I have requested for this which was wrong ( I have actually not requested and it was generated by Ms Sh Shyam Ji by themselves). They pursuaded me to confirm this re-schedulement(to which I rejected & maintained my original date of installation i.e. the next day 01 May 2026)and tried to lure me tht the installation will be done very next day and this re-schedulement has nothing to do with but I didnot accepted. Now, a call came from Ms Sh Shyam Enterprises on 01 May 2026 that they cannot install the AC today, then I asked they have promised to install on 01 May 2026 but they refused and then said to install it on next day i.e. 02 May 2026. Now, on 2nd May no call came from their side and then I tried to call them on their earlier coresponded number but they made the network busy from 0900 am to 0230 pm then at 15 th try from my side someone responded as owner of Ms Sh Shyam Enterprised and promised to install today evening. Now, the evening has also passed and then I re- tried the call and then after reminding to them the owner behaved very arrogantly and demeaningly (blatantly tu tarak) and said that he will do further late if I will call him again then cut the call. Now, come to the point that panasonic promise to install the AC within 72 hrs out of which 57 hrs have allready passed and it is night time now and tomorrow morning due time of 72 hrs will be completed and thus generating the order to usual grievance and I think this has been done with several other customers. Also, the scamful, luring in lie, arrogant and demeaning behaviour presented by Panasonic authorised Installation centre Ms Sh Shyam Enterprise , Delhi area, makes the customer who bought panasonic AC by spending hefty money will have much more pain. Still after all these I am waiting for the AC to install. Panasonic Sevice is the worst!

Excellent AC with just Go for it

I had previously used Panasonic,there is no doubt the cooling is excellent. But, I noticed a few changes this time.....the AC remote size has been reduced, and the plastic sheet on the swing flaps in the indoor unit is missing.As usual, the MirAI app facility is good, the build quality is solid, and the noise level is very low, which I didn’t expect.Regarding installation, I paid ₹3415. They provided a local company outdoor unit stand instead of a Panasonic stand..Overall, I would give it 4 stars. Product-wise, it’s excellent no doubt, go for it. 1 star for AC remote and outdoor standHowever, avoid buying from Flipkart, as they cancel the order at the last moment.

One of the Best in class

This is beast of an ac, we have 4 ACs from the same brand one 5 star, one 3 star and now these 4 star.Cooling- Excellent (we mostly ran it on 24)App functionality- A bit finicky sometimes but overall great experience.Noise level: Unnoticeable.Looks: AwesomeCleaning: Can be done with ourself.Installation: On time. As soon as ur ac get delivered u will receive the call from brand for installation.Cons:The con is with delivery I guess something is lacking in the quality control specially for Aligarh, as I have received this 4 star ac without copper pipe. But amazon was kind enough they acknowledged the issue and reimbursed the amount for the copper pipes.
