Great Product for family of 3-5 members!

This refrigerator is an excellent choice for a family of 3–5 members. The product was well-packed and delivered in good condition. The Samsung technician visited the very next day after delivery as scheduled. While he explained the temperature settings, he did not provide a detailed explanation of the 2-in-1 convertible feature. However, the installation visit was timely and satisfactory. After using the refrigerator for three weeks, I am happy with its performance and overall quality. Size is ok considering Double door refrigerators not taking much of the kitchen space. Built quality is nice. It does have Alarm sound if the door is kept open for too long good features if kids are around. Matt finish body. Overall a great product to buy

Worth it

Good Product based on price bracket, cools enough, no heating issue on any side, also measured real time electric consumption. It's too low. For whole day it may consume less than 1 unit if both are normal fridge mode. Easy to move as it has 2 wheels at back.Cons : Bit of plastic smell, better to open it fresh air for 12hrs, A light could have been added in upper block, for my product wheels are not aligned. So I had to put something under wheel. More than enough space for a family of 3-4 people.

Damaged piece

Freezer is good but this seller has very good track record of delivering damaged piece.I have received a piece with dents on 3 sides. No replacement only refund

Decent performance

Good and decent performance so far. Sad thing is they reduced the compressor warrenty from 20 years to 10 years.
