Not a Good Experience I got a missing front Left Leg. There was no replacement for it.. the refrigerator is fine
Doesn't Have Freezer Light
Everything is great with this 256 Litre refrigerator. I have purchased the non-convertible model on 5/5/2026. Smooth delivery and installation without any hustle. Refrigerator is well running and spacious inside. Only thing is a draw back on this model is it doesn't have any led light inside the freezer compartment.
Very very bed experience from reputed company Samsung and Amazon
I received a damaged product, and the return pickup process has been extremely delayed. The pickup has already been cancelled three times, which is further delaying my refund.Additionally, the pickup agent never answers calls, making it unclear when they actually arrive. This has caused a lot of confusion and inconvenience.Moreover, during delivery, the delivery agent refused to provide open box delivery, even though the company charges ₹99 for this service. He stated that if we wanted the product, we should accept it as is, otherwise he would take it back, and refused to open the box.This entire experience has been very disappointing. I request you to resolve this issue at the earliest and ensure proper service.

Its manual, Feature mentioned in the catalogue is missing. No touch display is there.
Recived damaged product 2nd time
This seller is sending damage refrigerator 2nd time I got damaged refrigerator. Although refrigerator is good.
