*Delivered by Delhivery. Delivery good but packaging was torn and thermocoal came outside.*Open box and Installation done by Samsung technician after 24 hours. Product has no dents and scratches. He did full check and explained everything.*He registered warranty and also purchased extended warranty from him for 2419 (1+2 years )offer.*Overall product looking good and feels like good materials used outside and inside.*Door opening from the side which is good. No lock system.*Refrigerator added to Samsung Smart Things app and able to control via WiFi.*It uses 200 units per year electricity hence 3 star rating upto Dec 31 2028.*Started to use after 24 hours of installation. First day it is giving good cooling. Compressor is working perfectly.*Old samsung fridge has been working for 15 years. Hope the new one will also work perfect for years.*Price can be little bit lower because the refrigerator with same features without wifi available at ₹28k.

Dents and scratches hidden under stickers

Damaged product delivered – dents hidden under stickersThe refrigerator was delivered with dents and scratches that were not visible initially because they were covered with stickers, bills and packaging material. When the service technician removed all the stickers and coverings during inspection, the dents and scratches were clearly visible.I had to return the refrigerator because of the physical damage. For such a large and expensive appliance, the product should be properly inspected before dispatch. Very disappointing experience.

Great fridge with smart features – happy so far!

Been using this fridge for about 3 days now and honestly, first impressions are really good.Size & Height :I’m around 5’10” and the fridge comes almost up to my neck, so it feels like a perfect height. No need to bend much, and everything is easy to reach. Looks quite premium too.Cooling Performance :Cooling is excellent. It started cooling properly within a few hours of turning it on and has been consistent since then. Freezer is also working perfectly.Smart Features (Bespoke AI) :This is probably my favorite part. You can control the fridge and freezer temperature directly from the SmartThings app, even when you're not at home.It also shows power consumption and even calculates an estimated daily cost based on your electricity rate, which is pretty cool.There’s also an AI energy-saving mode that helps reduce electricity usage.Overall :So far, no complaints at all. Good cooling, nice design, and useful smart features. Definitely feels like a modern upgrade.Will update if anything changes after longer use 👍
