It's the best..

Refrigerator is working fine.. The delivery person was handling it like it was something non valuable however it is 28k+ worth thing. However even if something had been broken I would have returned it without giving otp. That's what great about Amazon. Second Refrigerator is really good. I am currently in the month of may using its convertible feature to strore water bottles etc. It's working fine. No noise as far. It's storage capacity as per our need. Samasung is known for its durability. Cooling performance is really great.

Great VFM fridge with smart looks and features.

I'm really happy with this fridge. It's great for my daily needs and has a lot of cool features. The only thing I'm a bit concerned about is how the body feels—it's not as tough as my old refrigerator. I think it will easily last for 5-6 years without any problems, and I'm hoping to get a full 10 years out of it.1. Daily Use & Cooling (5/5 Stars)This is the best part. My food and drinks are always perfectly chilled. I don't have to worry about some items being colder than others. My vegetables stay fresh for a really long time in the special drawer, so I'm not wasting as much food. The best part is how quiet it is. I can't even hear it running most of the time, which is a big change from my old noisy but lovely fridge.2. Features & Convenience (4/5 Stars)It has a lot of smart features. The shelves are strong and can hold heavy pots and containers. The ice maker is easy to use and can be moved around, which is handy. I haven't needed to use the convertible feature yet, where you can turn the freezer into a regular fridge, but it's good to know it's there if I ever need extra space.3. Design & Looks (4/5 Stars)The fridge looks really modern and sleek in my kitchen. The handle is hidden, which gives it a clean look. My only concern is that the body of the fridge feels a bit thin. It's not a major problem, but I can tell it's not as heavy-duty as the refrigerators we used to use earlier.4. Durability & Longevity (3/5 Stars)This is the main concern I have. The motor has a long warranty, which is reassuring, but the rest of the body doesn't feel like it's built to last forever. I'm confident it will work flawlessly for the next 5-6 years, but I'm a little unsure if it will hold up for a full decade without some wear and tear.For medium size family (3-5 person) & budget between around 23k, it's a great value for money refrigerator for everyday usage With both reliablility and efficiency, this is a balanced choice.Just be aware that it might not be as tough as as older refrigerators of 10-12 yeas back.

Pathetic samsung service centre.

Never order.Samsung will never pick our call for service .I got the fridge on 5 august and the fridge is not working from the day one.Nobody is responding.My 23000 is gone.First the demo technician came and he didn't check whether the compressor and oil is working correctly. 2 days after running the fridge i got to know it is not cooling even the slightest bit. Then I contacted them and a service technician came twice, he found out that it's the problem with oil leak in the compressor and he left. Later that day I got a phone call from the customer care(local) that they have ordered the compressor which I'll get it in 3 days on one condition that I'll get additional one year warranty . After 3 days no calls from their side i tried to contact them many times they didn't respond and I registered a complaint in Samsung website. Amazon doesn't really care much after the product gets delivered .I tried to speak with Amazon customer care and they were not ready for return or even replacement . They told me to contact the Samsung service centre . Samsung service centre doesn't provide a correct date and also they won't respond to us with clarity. Today is August 15 . When I called them today they told me they have arranged for a replacement and I'll get it in 7 days . I'm waiting to see what happens. Customers make sure the demo technician is doing his job perfectly and only allow him to leave the house if the refrigerator is working properly else you will regret later if the product is faulty. 20 august - they approved my refund request after so many efforts from my side thank you Amazon for this 15 days of making me call you, message you talk to you for hours without getting resolution and finally after this ordeal approving my refund request. E commerce next level. 🫡.25 August - As Samsung has promised me the replacement product will arrive today very happy to know as usual they made me wait for more days and told me the new product will arrive on 27 August . Amazon from their side has promised me to give me back the extra amount that I've to pay to purchase the same model fridge as gift card and they will take backmy faulty product with refund . Samsung is becoming a very bad product with almost no reliability in customer service. If you are a prime customer and you have the time to always keep phoning and texting you can buy this product. Ordered the new fridge (not replacement) on August 27 and the old fridge is scheduled for pickup on 30 August . The return pickup finally happened on August 30 now I'm waiting for the refund .Samsung should actually be sued for dragging me through all these and wasting my time ,Amazon should have communicated with Samsung regarding this but the executives told me they cannot do that.
