Worst Purchase Experience – Premium Price, Pathetic Quality and After-Sales ServiceThis has been one of the most disappointing purchases I have ever made.I bought this Samsung TV believing the company's claims of premium quality and reliability. The TV was installed by Samsung's authorized service engineer, but within just 5 days of installation, it completely stopped working and would not even power on.I first contacted Amazon, expecting support for a brand-new defective product. Instead, I was simply directed to Samsung customer care, with no meaningful assistance.Samsung then sent a local service engineer, who inspected the TV and declared that the main PCB was defective and needed replacement. After making me wait another 7 days, the engineer returned with the replacement PCB. Shockingly, after opening the TV, he informed me that the LED panel was also faulty and would also require replacement.It is beyond comprehension how a so-called premium Samsung TV can suffer failure of multiple critical components within only five days of installation. This raises serious concerns about Samsung's quality control and the condition of the product supplied to customers.What is even more disappointing is the after-sales service. Neither Samsung nor Amazon has taken responsibility for delivering a defective product. Instead of replacing a brand-new TV that failed almost immediately, I have been forced to wait through repeated service visits, multiple diagnoses, and replacement of major internal components. No customer purchasing a new premium television should have to accept repairs instead of receiving a replacement.I deeply regret purchasing this TV. I expected premium quality and premium support, but received neither. This experience has completely eroded my confidence in Samsung's products and customer service and also Amazon customer support. I strongly advise prospective buyers to think twice before purchasing the Samsung tv.

Amazing Picture Quality and Premium Experience

Really happy with this TV. The picture quality is outstanding, with deep blacks, vibrant colors, and excellent brightness. Movies and sports look amazing, and the upscaling works surprisingly well for older content too. The UI is smooth and responsive, and the overall build quality feels premium. Definitely worth the upgrade.

PATHETIC EXPERIENCE

One of the worst customer support from Samsung and also from Amazon. The product was defective, i am in calls woth both the teams for more than 2 weeks now and nothing got resolved. Trust in both seller amazon and brand samsung is completely lost. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE even for defective product.
