Fair option for those looking for high capacity load

I was using a top load machine (Made in Japan) since last 30 years. After using the old machine entirely and facing issues like poor washing and fabric wear and tear, I finally decided to buy a new machine and came to this product.CLARITY 1ST: This is NOT a AI Bespoke Design model as mentioned in the images of the product. The images are actually MISLEADING as it says AI Bespoke which is NOT true.The actual Bespoke Design model is 9k COSTLIER than this one, which also has AI wash mode (NOT included in this) which detects load, soil level and automatically adjust the washing mode on its own. Bespoke Design also includes storing one month of detergent altogether feature (NOT available in this model).Samsung Ecobubble AI washing machine 12kg (Navy Blue)WHY YOU SHOULDN'T GO FOR IT:1. If you are someone who have lowerback problems do NOT buy a front load washing machine. It stress the lowerback a lot while loading and unloading the clothes.2. This machine's everyday mode is Super Speed Mode, which has maximum capacity of 5kgs of load ONLY (against 12kg capacity) with 2 rinse cycle only, detergent can BUILD-UP in the fabric when rinsing is less.3. Most wash modes are useless and confusing with operation time of 1.5hrs to 2.5hrs with hardly 12KG load option. Maximize wash time for any type of fabric should not be more than 1 hr.4. There's NO perfect mode for mix load, which includes our daily outdoor, indoor clothes, napkins, and some delicates clothes also. Multi soiled clothes can't get efficiently washing in a single washing mode. Using washing machine multiple times for multiple fabrics is not practical.5. No detergent or washing machine can remove old/tough stains from the fabric. It's a marketing gimmick.6. 12KG model doesn't come with Diamond drum design which was quite famous in Samsung front load washing machine for keeping the fabric intact. Instead the drum design is Spiral in this model.7. The lower base of washing machine comes with a cardboard type of filter for mouse, which can be easily torn by them hence it doesn't make sense.8. Wifi and remote access is useless feature. We need to start machine manually hence doesn't make sense. AI is a marketing gimmick too.WHY SHOULD YOU BUY THIS WASHING MACHINE:1. If you are someone who can take up the hassles of loading and unloading clothes with bending down, go for front load washing machine as washing quality is better than top load.2. Additional Bubble soak mode is remarkable feature of this machine which can help in remove dirt from the clothes effectively by creating foam from detergent.3. There is customizable water temperature, RPM for spinning (dry clothes), no. of rinse cycles as per requirement of user.4. Maximum types of fabrics can be washed (individually) without damaging the quality of the clothes using multiple modes.5. Detergent can be effectively used by the machine to get a good washing quality.6. Noise level is limited especially during washing mode it almost zero.7. If we are using it without any stand, vibration level is ignorable.Final conclusion:If you can spend more, then go for AI Bespoke design with AI wash mode instead of this model, as daily clothes in this model using Super Speed Mode can be washed at maximum load capacity of 5kgs only.Rest all Samsung washing machine have same kind of performance where washing quality is good and power + water consumption in front load washing machine is efficient.

Very good product. I just love it. Easy to operate. Smart control is a good feature to connect with phone. Washing quality is good as per 6 months uses. Less water consume and also less Unit consume on any Washing cycle. Fast and very Carefully delivered to my village type location. And technician installed it within 24hr.One thing you can take your mind that Front load consume less water but it's detergent price is slightly higher that Top Load Machine. On spining time it is not shake and noise too much even if you not put it on a stand. So technician told me that not use any Stand.Overall for medium family it is the perfect choice. Must buy 💯 💯

Manufacturing defects and poor Resolution

Very bad experience with machineInitially after installation machine started having noise and vibration issues within 2-3 days (video)Installation engineer visited 2 times and said everything okayThen soon front frame got bit dislocated. Then engineer said it's manufacturing issue contact service teamService team said return product back but since 10 day window is over it can't be returnedService team then checking with Samsung and no response yet
