A Problem Solver washing machine
It's really good. 5 star is less. So far. Delivery was a pain. The delivery person left the washing machine at the door step, and refused to place it in the room. The exact floor and room to be mentioned in the delivery address as per the delivery person. Then only they will place it in the mentioned place.Washability is good. Value for money definitely as it reduces lot of effort. Ease of use is there. Vibration level is tolerable. Durability I can't say as it is not even one month since my purchase. AI works well. If LG can add an optimum detergent determiner in the machine with AI integration, washing quality will be uniform which is currently proportional to the quantity of detergent. Hope LG is working towards it.

I don't even want to give one star.Mujhe machine receive hui 5 march ko.Dekhne me machine theek hi lg rhi thi ,first time maine automatic machine order ki thi toh mujhe manufacturing defect nhi pta chla .6 march ko installation wale uncle aayeUnhonhe kaha machine me manufacturing defect h , gas kit galat install ki hui h aur machine ke volt loose h .Maine replacement ke liye daal di 6 march ko . Customer care walo ne kaha 48 ghnte me technician aayenge machine theek krneAaj 10 march tk na jane kitne call maine customer care ko kr liye , 4 din mere waste ho gye , technician aaye hi nhi , so worried I was .Mere 49000 rs gye hue h , neend haram ko rkhi h .Finally aaj 10 march ko return confirm hua mera .I hope mujhe mera refund jaldi mil jayega .Aur manufacturer ne jo bill pr number diya h wo lgta hi nhi h , worst service ever, so disappointed I am .Maine seller ka address daala h , I am so disappointed by Amazon and seller ( DAWNTECH ELECTRONICS PRIVATE LIMITED) . Worst experience ever.
