Totally worth it!

Been 2 months since I got it. Absolutely worth it! I have an 16*11*10 cubic feet. Room on the top floor facing sourth-east. It gets really hot in the summers. Average temperature here is 36 and peak gets around 40+C. And this cools the room no matter how hot it gets. I went with the 3 star model instead of the 5 star since the cost to value wasn't as much with the 5 star and considering cost of electricity in my state. Paying 10k more for 5 star instead of 3 star would hardly make even within the next 13 years. I also picked the Ac model to check how much electricity it consumes while I use it. But sadly my location has severe electricity outage problem and the data is lost when it suddenly goes off so it hasn't been of much to me. Also apparently there are some cases where I think the software glitchs but the fans get stuck half open and doesn't fully open or close if I use the remote. But fortunately, using the inapp commands override the logic and it becomes fine again.The build quality - WHO CARES!? YOU GONNA SMASH IT?Cooling - 5 star! 10/10, getting 5100W cooling capacity and ISEER 4.5 rating for 32k!? That was a fantastic deal when hardly any other model gives around 5000W for around 40kWifi option - could have been better but well it does its job. Except the profile option, everything else can be done directly through the remote as well (and quick note, the remote doesn't have a specific button for turning the AC's LED off. You have to press and hold the clean button for around 5 seconds to turn it off. And it also turns on again if you turn the AC on/off)Convertible - it has minimum 40% to upto 100% range with steps of 10. For those who don't know. It defines how much of its full capacity should the ac run on. Extremely useful for constant cooling if you have a door or window open. And if you have guest that keeping on coming in and going for.Remote - Has all the features that you could ask for. I think they use the same remote for all models? It even has some unmarked buttons that have no title and doesn't do anything either.Delivery and installation - This actually varies from location to location and people to people. Mine was delivered within 3 days of order and the installation guys came in about 2 days. Took around 4 hours to install. Service charge was 1400 but didn't clean up after leaving but meh... I didn't care. I wanna gonna clean my room anyway.What else is there? Oh yeah! Noise! 0 noode problem. The outdoor unit makes noise but its not like I can hear it from inside my room. But still if you have an openable window, install the outdoor unit a bit on the farther end. And the indoor unit is quiet. I can't even hear it until I try to actually notice it. Even if I run it on full capacity, its like at the level of the noise that a ceiling fan bought make. I can assure this that the noise is absolutely not noticeable enough to be a problem but if itsstrong enough to annoy you, you either have you head too close to the ac like having your bed and head direct underneath the ac or your unit is faulty. Return it or exchange it. Although I don't think even then it's be enough to annoy anyway. Mine is as quiet as a fly. And don't worry if the LG ac says its dB is less than this ones. Trust me you can't even make any notice it in day to day life. Unless your unit is defective or your outdoor unit is close enough with enough space for the noise to come in from. Because yes the outdoor unit makes noise. But Thankfully my room has thick cement walls and I don't have any windows close to it. So I can't listen all that noise unless I stick my ears to the wall that the outdoor unit is just outside of.I was gonna upload some photos and videos. But damn my lights went out... Now I can't show it in action😔

I haven't written review in Amazon for many years. But due to heavy temperature rise im writting my review for others. My genuine review. After using one month of panasonic 1.5T AC i would say I'm satisfied in all aspects.1. AC cooling is good. Just 26 degree enough to cool my 190 sqft room. Maximum im using eco mode.2. Really silent operation.3. Most important point is MirAIe app. Really really useful. It's working like charm. U can control AC from anywhere. I'm not using using remote even at home. Spend few thousand and get wifi varient4. Installation was really surprised. Since I'm not home my wife only at home. I was so worried gow they will install. To my surprise they installed properly. Also i insisting in call to vaccum the unit. Installation cost around 3300 including heavy duty outdoor Stand.5. Tip to Buyers :A) Buy heavy duty outdoor Stand. I purchased normal stand and it got bend while fixing outdoor unit. And also i purchased Everest double booster stabilizer. Even they mentioned stabilizer free if voltage flaunting PCB will get damaged. Which will cost more in inverter model.B ) I purchased with 5.5 k sbi card discount. While writting this review it's still there. Make use of itFinal word: im already voltas which purchased 8 yrs back. It's was not inverter model. It's still running good. Technician suggest to go for non inverter only. Since I got trust on panasonic i purchased this inverter model. Let's hope best it will run long.

PANASONIC AC IS SO SO GOOD BUT INSTALLATION TAKES 2500 MORE.

THE AC WORKS SO COOL..I WILL GIVE 0 RATING FOR THE INSTALLATION SERVICES, THEY TOOK MUCH MORE CHARGES AND BEHAVIOURS WAS ALSO BAD..OVERALL PRODUCT IS SO COOL , GO FOR IT,I HAVE PURCHASED 3 STAR 1.5 TON AC ON PRIME SALE AT RS 31740/- ONLY WHICH IS SO SO COOL BUT INSTALLATION TAKE 2500 MORE.

Good AC with industry leading AI features

Product Wise everything good. Listed few drawbacks below..1. takes nearly 7 days for installation2. Charges extra 500 without any supporting bill3. Missing air filter (which should be included in the Package)4. Panasonic team customer team claimed Rs. 499 for the additional warranty for 1 year but so far tried multiple times for it but no response from Panasonic

Recently Purchased 1.5ton 3 star AC on April 30 2026. Here are my observationsPros:• Fast and powerful cooling• Low noise operation• Good energy efficiency and power saving• MirAI app support is very useful• AC can be controlled from mobile remotely• Electricity consumption tracking feature is very helpful• Smart connectivity works smoothly using Wi-fi.• Compact and premium indoor unit design• Panasonic extended warranty offer is a big plus. 6yrs on PCB and 10yrs on Compressor!Cons:• Remote control size is too small• Indoor unit supports only 2-way airflow, 4-way airflow would have improved cooling distribution• Extra installation materials are very expensive• Copper pipe/wire extension charges per meter are high.• Additional electrical setup costs increase quickly beyond standard installationInstallation Experience:• Installation quality was good overall• Technicians completed the work properly• Standard installation is fine• Customers should ask for clear pricing before extra work starts• Additional copper piping, wiring, drain pipe extension, stand, and 16A plug setup can significantly increase final costFinal Verdict: Very good AC with excellent cooling, smart app features, and useful electricity monitoring.
