LG after sale Service is very poor

Within two months of using, it couldn't be switched on. We called the service center and they said the ic got damaged. They said they will replace the ic. Its been almost 2 months now and replacement is still not done. They still haven't got the spare IC. Very frustrating. Such a costly item and they cannot fix it within a month. This will be the last LG product i will be buying.

Very bad service of LG.

Don’t buy LG products, their service is very very poor my fridge has broken after 3 years of use -short circuit of compressor it has been more than 10 days no response from anyone..i am helpless even after making multiple calls to the concerned authorities. If you want your life to be MISERABLE buy LG products . My compressor is still under warranty. PLEASE BUY LG AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Good fridge, Sad Support.

Its good while it functions, but one has to be wary of a breakdown, since that when a lot of issues surface. All contents, mostly perishables, in a large fridge have been lost 3 times (in 7 years) when its compressor packed up. The good part? a) its in warranty, compressor replaced without charge b) company service staff try to be nice. But, that doesnt help much, ....they are completly helpless, since they do not ever, repeat ever, have adequate spare parts in stock (and I am speaking about Country's Capital City!).To fix a breakdown, they buy time by getting one spare part a day, knowing fully well that it has no meaning, and the fridge will not function. Average time to fix 4 days. Please buy a deep freezer / small refrigerator along with this, as when the breakdown occurs you will stand to lose everything in the fridge. Or move in with this fridge to a house close to their Factory.
