Today installed our Samsung refrigerator 633 ltr by technician and I am fully satisfied by Samsung service even they helps us to bring to 1st floor without any questioning but the delivery peoples by Amazon. They are very unprofessional. Lack of knowledge, rude behaviour , specially the peoples from Amb Distt Una Himachal Pradesh Hub and Jalandhar Hub people. Our product is delivered by Delivery service located at una amb road Amb Distt Una HP. If have any negative marking I will give that also to delivery peoples. I told him to help me put my Fridge under roof and he said that it’s not our responsibility. So I am satisfied by Samsung product but not satisfied by Amazon delivery or local delivery people.
