Wonderful refrigerator

Good capacity, side (door) shelves are spacious unlike most double door refrigerators, requires alot of space for keeping and opening the drawers provided within as the drawers only come out once the doors are opened wide. The freezer area is non-convertible so keep this thing in mind before buying it. Doors are smooth to open and shut. Cooling performance is good and is quiet in functioning. Installation was supported by the company without any extra charges. Indeed worth the money.

I recently purchased the LG 655L side by side refrigerator and overall, I’m very satisfied with the product. The fridge is spacious, stylish, and works efficiently, making it a great addition to my home.One small disappointment was that it does not come with Wi-Fi or LG ThinQ app support, which I had expected in this price range. Also, the delivery was handled by Delhivery and arrived two days later than scheduled.On the positive side, I was able to get a great deal on Amazon. The listed price was ₹74,990, but thanks to my HDFC credit card discount of ₹15,000 and an Amazon gift voucher worth ₹7,000, I got it at a much lower effective price.Overall, I’m happy with the refrigerator and would recommend it to others looking for a reliable and spacious model, while keeping in mind the absence of smart connectivity features.

Fridge is good. Cheating in fake high MRP

MRP(more) indicated in the website, out of that discounted price indicated. But on the package what we received, was a lower MRP than indicated in website. So it is cheating the customer showing a fake high MRP, out that, Amazon giving bumper discount on that fake MRP. Except this issue, everything was fine. One year back purchased. Late review given intentionally after observing all aspects for other customers. Pl look price aspect. Showing high MRP, discount is offering. But on original package MRP is lower than indicated in website. Pl take care this aspect. Fridge is awesome.

This has to be the worst fridge I’ve ever encountered in my life. If there were a -5⭐ rating option, I’d happily click it. LG customer service? Yeah, that’s a whole new level of disappointment. From day one, this fridge has been a full-time project. They’ve replaced parts so many times I’m convinced the technicians know my address better than their office does.Want peace in your life? Don’t buy this fridge. If things are going too smoothly and you think, “Hmm, I wish I had some daily drama,” — this is your moment. Buy it. Trust me. You’ll get plenty.After endless calls, arguments, repairs, and involving the legal team (yes, it went that far), Amazon finally took this masterpiece of chaos back and issued a refund. Bless them.Final verdict: Do yourself a favor — stay far, far away from LG. I wouldn’t recommend their products to my worst enemy.
