BEWARE! AMAZON DOES NOT PROVIDE WORKERS THAT WILL TAKE THIS PRODUCT TO HIGHER FLOORS.

The Fridge is perfect looks cool, works amazing. The price was cheap in sale as well with all bank discounts and what not, the only problem is that Amazon does not provide workers that carry product to higher floors, you would have to arrange those people yourself, cost me 2000 extra and a few bumps on my refrigerator as well. Measure your stair area before you order, your doorway heights because the product with the protective cover is huge. I have a balcony but from the balcony the entry door is not big enough for this product. So take into account all these things, honestly better to buy such things from local stores because they take the headache to deliver the product to your floor/house.Amazon will drop the product at your doorstep, rest is your headache.

Storage capacity is sufficient and the Appearance wias looks simple and awesome.Noise level is very less and Installation is good.Now I used for 1week only need to check for energy efficiency and performance. Samsung smart things is good to use.

Worst service with only one intention - to cheat

Bought this product almost a year ago still in warranty. Suddenly one day I found the freezer completely thawed. I thought the freezer was defrosting; after some time it froze again. After a month we had to go outstation. When we returned home we found that the freezer was completely thawed and all the contents completely and smelling foul. We contacted samsung service on Sunday and they promised the service engineer will attend on Monday. The service engineer did not turn up. Tuesday he did not call and was not picking up calls. We again called the service center and after much deliberation the service reluctantly arrived, cleaned the evaporator coil and asked to keep a mug of water in the freezer and did not do anything and said it has to be under observation for 24 hrs and left. Temperature of the freezer later increased by 2 degrees at+23degc and stayed there for the a long time. When we called the technician after 4 hrs he told it was defrosting and will come downn. However since temp was not dropping we called again and the tech. did not pick up. I again called back the service center and a schedule was fixed for the next day. The tech visited the next day and opened up the cover for the evaporator coil and the evaporator was fully iced. When I asked why the evaporator was iced up he told me that it was normal. He was also arguing the whole time the freezer was normal. By the time he had come the freezer temp slightly dropped to +18degc. Still this was in a positive. The service engineer told that the freezer was working. The service engineer was insisting that the freezer was indeed working. Whether the engineer does not know to differentiate + temp from -temp or whether he confused an AC with a Freezer I am not sure. But he kept insisting that the freezer was normal and that it was cooling. After an argument{He started off telling he was only payed 15000Rs salary there was no dedicated service center where I stay (I stay in Chennai suburbs very close to Siruseri IT heavily populated IT hub); he told that that the service center was severely underpopulated and had a shortage of manpower. He also asked me how he can trouble shoot when I was not provided with even the basic testing equipment, when I told him that product has faced this situation within 10 months he said other products have met this fate within two months also} and insistence, he finally started trouble shooting itself. He very soon found that the freezer fan not working (running very slowly, getting stuck and working intermittently). He then placed an order told not to call him and gave a team lead no. and left. There was tracking number and there was no product ordered detail updated. Called the team team lead number not picking up (like ever). I again called the service center they told me it will take 24 hrs to get updated; after 24 hrs I called they told they will update. Next day called and they told it will be delivered and installed on Friday. Friday again nothing; we called again and they said Saturday. Saturday I again called and they told a wrong product was ordered and was returned and that the product will be delivered on Monday and installed on Tuesday. And today is Tuesday and today they said it will be delivered today only and they do not know when it will arrive. From morning Im sitting on this and it is very frustrating. I have had several fridges in the past very cheap ones too. But none gave any problem to still now. Refrigerators used to be one of the safe heavens of the consumer good group for me. Samsung completely shattered this Idea. This fridge is costly; This is in no-ways cheap; it is not the cost that matters to me; what bothers to me is that the fan can intermittently fail causing the freezer thaw to a positive, rotting food and re-freeze perfectly again causing it to be a ticking food poison bomb. Will update if I can get lucky getting the item fixed today. They called me and tell me to wait another one week...
